My mom is a Bitch. I hate being sick, too. I stayed out of school today to go to the doc, not because I was to sick to go to school. She wwon't let me go to my old school's basketball game tonight because "I was too sick to go to school, so I'm too sick to go to a game!" Any other parent would be extatic that their child was feeling well enough to go to a game after being sick, but not mine. She makes me miserable. Gah I hate this!!!!!

So, I started high school. It's okay. I'm doing a pretty good job at staying myself and not trying to fit in. It's stressful though. It makes it even worse when your in my situaltion... My parents are divorced. They have split custody. I go to Dad's house every other day, and every other weekend. It's stressful that I have to carry everything I own to school every day. It's stressful when I can't remember which bus to get on. This isn't some pitty sob story where I'm trying to make you feel bad for me. This is just the only place where I can say whatever I want to because someone I know can read it and tell my dad. I don't even think anyone reads this... I tried to tell my dad how hard it is, but he plays the guilt card and I give in every time. Idk...

When I think about that I think about what I'm doing here, and the other posts I've posted here. I haven't really put in any effort to change the world. I feel bad about that.

Okay so I'm talking to this guy named Michael and he's the greatest. He makes me so happy i can't stand to do anything but smile. When I cry whether I'm sad or because I'm mad, or if I'm scared or worried, he always says... "It will all be okay. I promise. Just focus on me :]" Funny thing is when I do I feel much better.He understands me from all points. We're very much alike also. He plays many instruments.... Trumbone, bass, piano, lots more that I can't even remember haha! He can sing. He can dance. He's funny. He's honest. He makes me happy! So the other day we were talking about being super happy about being happy because we love talking to each other, and he says "So how would you feel about going on a date with me?" WELL OF COURSE I SAY I WOULD LOVE IT!!! well, because we're still sorta young we can't go unchaperoned but thats ok. As long as we're together I'm happy :D

Sorry I had to cut short earlier. I watched the biggest loser this afternoon. So inspiring. Made me get up outta bed and do 30 sit ups. I'm not the most "in shape" person you will meet. I'm going to go to walmart and buy the biggest loser wii game. I've been on and off of diets since 4Th grade. My mom has always been after me. The other day she told me to just completely stop eating. Well, F that but I'm going to take a shower and go to bed. We are going on a field trip to the tech school tomorrow at school. Can't wait my cousin is the principle there ha ha. And his father, my uncle Jr. is running for board of Education. If you are in my area and know what I'm talking about Vote Cecil Gant!!!

Walmart Shopping :]

So, I was talking to my mom the other day, and no trip to Washington :[ Oh well, I can just make the best of my summer with no trip to Washington with no parents. We found my dress for graduation. It's white and has little turquoise and brown swirls on them and some of them are filled with the opposite color. It's really pretty, and it has a brown sash around the middle. I just went shopping online (Walmart.com) for stuff for my bedroom! Great prices! Love it! Have to go.

Not The Dreaded Laundry!!!

Ugh! Oh my god you guyzzz!!!! It's laundry day again!!! I have to babysit and do laundry all day!! But tomorrow Mom, G, and I are going to Chattanooga to go look for my Jr. high grad. dress!! I had a dream about the perfect one last night! Ha! It was imperial waist and the top was black and it had a purple sash at the waist then flowed down just below my knees. The bottom part was off white, and had little diamond/gems on it that looked like rain :D!!! We are also going out to eat for Mothers' Day!! Wish me luck finding my dream dress! She just asked if I would like to go on a trip just me and a friend to Washington State. I told her I would enjoy that very much! I just have to make sure My friend can pay for her ticket and we can go!! YAAAAY!!!

Memphis in May With Midgets and Giants and wasted mutha fuckas!

Hey Chickadees and Dudesters!! Sorry I haven't blogged in a while. So here's the updates: went to Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis TN. I saw Neon Trees, Mutemath, 30 Seconds To Mars (I fell in love with them!!!), Colby Caliat, Puddle of Mudd, Sore Eyes, Boys Like Girls(caught a guitar pic the base player threw at me! :D), 5 Finger Death Punch, and Chevelle. I went with my two cousins, Megan and Morgan, their friend, Hannah, and my Aunt Net. We got up at about nine every morning, got there at maybe ten, and stood up until midnight or one every morning. After dinner and showers it was two or three when we got to bed. We had so much fun. Tyler Glenn, the lead singer of Neon Trees, looked straight at me and Hannah (we were in the front) :D he's a cutie pie! Mutemath definitely brought the crowd to life. It was totally wild. When 30 Seconds To Mars was about to come on, a radio station reporter person came on stage and said "Hey you guys! Who's ready to see 30 Seconds To Mars?" Everyone screamed, "I heard that Jared Leto, the lead singer, is what you ladies might call 'a piece of ass'" and everyone screamed again. Well, for the Beale Street Music Festival, Jared Leto was sporting a pink mhawk. Before the concert, I wasn't so sure how it would look, but when he came on stage I immediately fell in love with him. You guys, he said fuck so many times, I can't even express to you how often he said it. HA! Well, he climbed up one of those things that hold the roof onto the stage I guess (It was an outside concert) and was like "You guys promise your going to catch me if I jump? You fucking promise? You have to promise you will catch me!" and he sang for a little while, then climbed down and said "Sorry guys! I promised I would be a good boy tonight!" Well, last they played "Kings and Queens" from their new album, and Jared invited people up on stage. After 30STM Limp Bizkit was scheduled to play, but we heard it was going to be pretty bad so we got a security guard to get us out. The next day my Aunt Net heard from this one man who's wife works for the festival that people left the Limp Bizkit show bloody, so we were all glad we left early. Saturday morning Colby Calait played and we saw her and she played a new song she wrote last summer, and one of her roadies helped her sing a song. Then we kind of walked around for a while just listening to different bands(There were four stages). Puddle of Mudd was coming up next so I went to go watch them, and Wes, the lead singer, was totally wasted. Well, he was signing autographs after the show at one of the merchant booth so Megan literally drug me to the closest booth. He came up and I swear I was a foot away from him, and he was about to sit down when someone yelled, "Hey Wes, I have a perfect spot for you!" So he followed him, then he completely disappeared. We went to both sides of the festival ground about four times, and I'll promise you guys, it's not a short walk. We couldn't find him, and Alice In Chains was about to come on after them, so we went to the stage they were going to play at and waited a little while and then the intercom came on and told everyone that the event was canceled for the remainder of the night because Memphis had a tornado warning. Well, you may have seen it on the news, but someone we knew saw it and said the street was just filled with people and it looked like nobody was moving, but people, I promise you we were moving as fast as we could. We stressed out for a couple of hours while waiting for our taxi driver to show up. Sunday the sun came out, the wind was blowing, but it didn't rain at all. Sore eyes played first, and the lead singer, I don't know his name, was cute and the band was really good. Then Boys Like Girls came on, and I caught a guitar pic and a water bottle they threw, that had splashed all over me ha ha! Then five finger death punch was coming on after them, and they said it was going to be worse than Limp Bizkit, and we got scared for a little while, but then decided that we should stay because it was still going to be daylight when they would be over. Well, it wasn't even as bad as 30 STM! The lead singer splashed water on all of us! It was hilarious! Then he smiled and winked at Megan. Then, me and Hannah started making hearts with our hands at the guitar player, see, this was so funny because this band is metal! Well, he stopped playing for a second looked at us, made an awkward face, then made a heart with his hands too! Well, after they went off, Chevelle was scheduled to go on next but, we were all wearing new rain boots so our feet were killing us so we got the security guard to get us out again then went and sat down to listen. 3 Doors Down was going to play after Chevelle, but they couldn't get out of Nashville because of flooding. See, it might not be as funny until you consider all of our highs. Megan and Morgan are 4'9", I'm 5'8" and Hannah is 5'10" I'm guessing. Seeing Megan drag me through that horrible crowd like lightening was just hilarious. We were trying to get by this one guy and he looked at Megan and said "Hey do you need a bodyguard?" and she reached back and grabbed my arm and he said "Oh okay! you already have one!ha!" When we were leaving Saturday night we passed this one guy who was wasted and he looked at Morgan and goes, "Oh my God! a midget!" Then a police officer asked if they were like twelve and they said "No we are fifteen" and he was like "Oh okay! your tall in here! Tall in here!" and he was patting on his chest where his heart was. We all cracked up and kept walking. Well, that was my weekend. I haven't blogged because I was trying to catch up on my sleep. Well, I hope your weekend was just as fun and exciting as mine!

Memphis In May :]

Hi everybody! I'm going to be at a music festival all weekend! WOO HOO! NO SCHOOL! I love school, but I need a break. Anyways. the music festival is called Memphis in may. There will be tons of bands there. I don't remember most of them, but some of them were Colby Caliat, 30 seconds to mars, Boys Like Girls, The Flaming Lips, and Puddle of Mudd. I am so very excited! I'm going with my Aunt Net, my cousins Megan and Morgan, and our friend Hannah. If anyone is going maybe I'll see you there, maybe I won't, or I might not even know. How would you know it was me? Oh yea, I have a picture ha ha! I do hope you have a great time though. To those who aren't going, have a great, and wonder filled weekend :].
About my last post; the one about the kitten... The poor baby died in my hands this morning. I went to go check up on it, and it was limp and it couldn't support it's head, although it was breathing. So I sat there, holding it until I had to leave. Mom came out of her room and told me to take it outside in case it had any fleas, because when it died they would all jump off and get in the house. Well, I had to take it outside, and she took care of it after I left to go to Tennessee with my Aunt. Well, we have to go to bed because we have to get up waaaay tooo early.

Kitten days

My mom was feeding cows yesterday and heard little meows of distress. She followed the sound and found 6 little kittens in a puddle, five were dead. She brought me to take care of it. It is now my kitten and my responsibility. So, she had to go to a cow sell to sell some of our calves. I took the kitten in and the only box I saw was a pop tart box. Small, but big enough for a newborn kitten. So I got a town and put it in there and put the kitten in, and put my hand in the box to keep the kitten warm. Well, it went to sleep so I went inside(the kitten was in the garage) and waited for mom to get home. She got home and we fed it some carnation milk and made it pee. For you readers who've never taken care of a newborn kitten, you have to make them pee. They don't know how to yet so their mother licks them and it makes them pee. You pretty much do the same thing, but instead of your tongue you use a paper towel. Well, then we got a glass jar, and filler it full of hot water and wrapped it up in a towel. We got the kitten a bigger box, out the jar, and the kitten's towel in there. Then after we were sure the kitten was full and had finished peeing, we out it in the box, and went inside. If you didn't know kitten's have to be fed every couple of hours so, I had to get up at four this morning to take care of it. Then this afternoon when I got home from school I did the same. Then tonight. Well, tonight when the kitten was peeing I noticed it's butt hole was bleeding. I'm sure you don't want to hear that, but I'm worried and if anyone reads this and would know why, please tell me in some way. I'm worried about my little kitty. I had a calico kitten(this one is calico) when I was about six and I raised it because the mother abandoned it. She lived up until this fall. I am 14. I raised that cat from a bottle I spent every minute possible with her. I cried when she passed away. I'm not a cat lover other than kittens and Checkers(that was her name). She was the best cat I had ever known. R.I.P Checkers. But please pray for my little kitty. I'm already attached. Please pray :[ I know it's a cat but still...

I am absolutely in love with Lady Gaga. She is my hero and idol. If anybody every says anything about her I always have something to say about her to back her up. I AM her #1 fan! I would give anything to meet her. I have done tons of research. Everything about her just motivates me to be my own person and only be Kate and no one else! It amazes me that she just came from practically nothing and made her way to fame in bars and clubs. She is so original! I can't stress what an impact she made on my life! She's my hero!
